A thought for the natural evolutionist:
by: Voddie Baucham Jr.
"You are an accident. You are a mistake. You are a glorified ape. You are the result of random evolutionary processes. That's it. No rhyme. No reason. No purpose. You are ultimately nothing. This is the pathetic reality when evolution runs its ideological course. If the idea is carried to its logical conclusion, man has no more value than a field mouse; and if the field mouse is an endangered species that happens to share the man's property--guess who has to move?" Great to see that you are reading the book! Keep on bringing the ex nihilo heat!
A couple of days ago I was listening to Ben Stein on the Glenn Beck show. They showed a clip from his movie "Expelled". This particular clipped showed an evolutionary scientist explaining the pathway to evolutionary theory with joy - and what was this man explaining with JOY?
This is my the rough paraphrase of my memory - "All you have to do in order to come to terms with evolutionary theory is (1) do away with the idea of God; (2)then, do away with the thought of an afterlife; (3) then, do away with an symblance of moral accountability; (4) then, define life as basically meaningless; etc."
Again, he was not refusing such things, or becoming depressed by such things, but explaining them with delight - these thoughts delighted the man! I suppose we ought not be surprised when unbelievers celebrate their sin!
Keep them coming man!
Again, he was not
